Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction Thank you for choosing eMbed Workshop for your embedded system solutions needs. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, and any additional policies or procedures that we may publish from time to time.

  2. Scope of Services eMbed Workshop provides embedded system solutions for clients. These services include hardware design, software development, firmware development, and testing.

  3. Ordering and Payment Clients can order services from eMbed Workshop by submitting a purchase order or by making a payment through our website. Payment must be made in full before any work can begin. We accept payment by credit card or wire transfer.

  4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights, in any work created by eMbed Workshop for a client shall belong to the client. eMbed Workshop retains the right to use any non-confidential information or knowledge gained during the project for our own business purposes.

  5. Confidentiality eMbed Workshop will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data, including but not limited to designs, software, code, and trade secrets. eMbed Workshop will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the client.

  6. Warranty and Liability eMbed Workshop warrants that its services will be provided with reasonable skill and care, and in accordance with industry standards. eMbed Workshop's liability for any damages arising from its services shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for those services.

  7. Termination Either party may terminate the services by giving written notice to the other party. If the client terminates the services, the client shall be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the date of termination.

  8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

  9. Modification of Terms and Conditions eMbed Workshop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to clients.

  10. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between eMbed Workshop and the client, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral
